Richard Holden BSc (Hons) MA MRICS
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with 20+ years experience in the property industry. He specialises in securing planning permission and permitted development consents on behalf of clients and procurement of materials. Richard uses his strong design vision to see solutions to clients needs.
Richard is strong analytically and can see the big picture whilst being committed to the detail. He uses his intuition, knowledge and understanding of people to enable him to get the very best from relationships.
Gary Olsen
Gary is a specialist builder and project manager with 24 years experience in the construction industry. He has a varied knowledge base including historic building conservation, specialist laboratory works, and the conversion of redundant office premises into apartments.
Gary sets out and project manages all works and his experience enables him to see construction projects from every angle. He is a carpenter by training and a fastidious worker, building lasting relationships with very satisfied clients.
Gary has completed an MBA foundation course at the Surrey European Management School based at the University of Surrey, to complement and enhance his existing business skills and acumen.
